Black Chair Projects (BCP) are an exciting branch of Magenta Theater where actors perform staged readings of plays utilizing the bare minimum rehearsal time. Sets are minimal, using primarily black chairs, and lighting is drawn from cues already programmed into the system. Black Chair performances generally run for one or two nights only.
