The Magenta Theater Box Office is a virtual box office; regular business hours are not held at our theater location. Magenta Theater is non-profit and run by volunteers. If you need to contact the box office for assistance or to order tickets, someone will get back with you within 1-2 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Senior (64+) – may choose between senior or group discount. Cannot use two discounts simultaneously. Group rates are offered for 10 or more reserved at the same time and for the same performance. In advance reservations must be paid in advance in one lump sum.	*At the door*, we cannot add people to existing groups in order to get the group rate. Thank you for understanding. Please note: A limited amount of tickets are available at the door. In advance reservations are recommended. Theater Capacity is approx 94 people

Once a charge has been made, we are unable to credit your account back. Please be certain that your reservations are accurate before committing your credit or debit card! Thank you for understanding.

Please make sure to pick up your tickets on time at the box office - all tickets will be released from will call at show time and doors shut so that patrons can enjoy their experience. We reserve the right to sell any open seats at this time.
PARKING NOTE:
Ample on-street parking, in addition to two close-by Park n Go lots, is recommended for Magenta Theater patrons. We are sorry, we can no longer provide change for the Diamond Parking Lot machine. If patrons choose to park in the Diamond Lot, please be aware payment must be made in advance. Thank you.
· Magenta Theater is a family-friendly theater company, and encourages the participation and attendance of our younger fans and supporters at its shows. Well-behaved children aged 4 and over are welcome. However, in order to respect the experience of all audience members, we ask that you not bring children under 4 years to our shows. If this is unavoidable, audience members with small children should be prepared to step outside if the younger ones become disruptive. Thank you for understanding and for being respectful of all audience members.
· Please note, all audience members, regardless of age, are expected to have a ticket.
· In accordance with IRS regulations, we do not “sell” tickets. We make them available for a donation. As we are a charitable organization, donations are non-refundable.

· Comp tickets may not be used for VIP seating. Comp tickets may not be upgraded.
